Solon Swimming and Diving

For a sport like swimming and diving, a week of training is more grueling than an actual meet. Early morning practices, 2+ hours in the water, and swimming doubles requires a lot of calories and well timed nutrition for proper recovery. Carbon Athletics, as a resource, aligns with the Solon Swimming philosophy on nutrition and provides the opportunity for our students enhance their performance through the use of Fuel PACs and meet day nutrition.

With input from the Solon staff and specifically built by Carbon's team of performance coaches and dietitians, our Fuel PACs (Performance Aligned Collections) are free of artificial colors, sugar, and flavors. We promote a whole food approach that is sequenced together and built into a specific timeline to optimize performance. Additionally, the nutritional experience and information provided create a platform for the individual to learn and practice sound nutritional habits.

Note that for every purchase made on the Solon portal of the Carbon website, a 3% rebate will be given to Solon Swimming and Diving.

FUEL PAC ORDERING DETAILS

Click on the fuel PAC product below you're interested in and add it to your cart. (add special instructions regarding any food allergies)
When in your cart for checkout, enter Solon as your team name in the field that asks if this order is for pickup at a team event. Also enter the athletes's name in the respective field
Your order will be available for pickup at the Solon HS on Mondays during afternoon practice. (see coach for pickup details)

KEY DAYS
Orders are delivered on a weekly basis. Use the days/timing below for reference when placing an order.

Thursdays 10:00 PM (EST): Cut-off to place orders that will be delivered to Solon for the following week on Mondays.

Mondays : Order pickup at Solon Swim practice in the afternoon. See coach for distribution details.
