Nutrition impacts every single athlete. It’s a topic constantly discussed but seldomly understood when it comes to implementation. Yet it remains one of the biggest voids in preparation, having a negative effect on an athlete’s training, development, competitive readiness and ultimately, performance. Our nutrition kits, called PACs (performance aligned collections) provide the framework and access to facilitate better nutrition for young athletes while building better habits and an understanding of how the food you put in your body directly relates to the performance that comes out of it.
